faster laaa!

damnitsafukingslowweek! really can't wait for the weekend! the AGZ amateur CS cup will be on, we will not be participating this time, the reason? we're not ready yet! need lotsa training. So we have decided to participate in the August tourney, hopefully by then we will be well prepared :D can't wait to watch the teams slug it out this weekend.....woooohoooooo!

we got pwned

Last night we had a friendly game of CS our first official match against another clan, and it was also the first time we played as a full team :P and the outcome? We got our asses kicked hahaha! we played four maps

1. De_dust2, we got raped big time on this map
2. De_inferno, kena rape also but we won a few lucky rounds
3. De_train, this map was quite balanced so we lost by a small margin.
4. De_nuke, luckily for us we won this map :D

our main weakness was we lacked team coordination and strategy, it was clear to us that the other team was more experienced judging from the way they played, very well trained and they were a very young team, damn young punks!! :P So after last nights game, intense training is definitely a must! if not we can kiss our chances of entering the tournament in July goodbye!

losing my voice......

Lost my voice briefly last night.........i guess shouting out orders in CS for 4 days in a row has taken its toll, well i hope its all worth it, setting up a CS clan is not an easy task, especially setting up a competitive team, kinda hard to find dedicated players who understand the game and are willing to train for certain amount of hours per day. Luckily we have found some good talent :) our long awaited sniper has been found.

We are hoping that we can train in time to enter a tournament in July, provided we are ready and have finalized the team roster. well if that doesn't work out we'll have more time to train :D

Kurt Cobain: Movie Soundtrack Announced

The soundtrack to a forthcoming movie
about Kurt Cobain has been revealed,
with R.E.M, Iggy Pop, and David Bowie
among the acts contributing songs.

The film, Kurt Cobain: About A Son, is
due for release towards the end of
2007 and will be accompanied by a
collection of music known to have
inspired the Nirvana icon.

Creedence Clearwater Revival, the
Melvins, Butthole Surfers, Mudhoney,
Lead Belly, and Bad Brains also
feature on the soundtrack.

Death Cab For Cutie star Ben Gibbard
is understood to have put together an
original score for the film, which
features a number of rare interviews
with Cobain.
